Dr. Morrie Craig - Accomplished Toxicologist in Veterinary Medicine

After graduating from the United States Coast Guard Academy, Dr. A. Morrie Craig attended Oregon State University (OSU) to earn his bachelor of science in mathematics, complete predoctoral training in biochemistry and biophysics, and ultimately secure his doctor of biophysics in 1970. Dr. A. Morrie Craig went on to complete postdoctoral academic work through the American Cancer Society and the Institute of Molecular Biology.

Over the course of his career as a doctor, he held a series of research positions with OSU and secured a number of awards and fellowships for his research achievements. He retired from OSU in 2019 as a professor and director of the university’s endophyte laboratory.

Dr. Morrie Craig works as a consultant with Willamette Consulting Services. Assisting an international client base with toxicological issues, he primarily concentrates on fungal diseases and phyto-ruminal-bioremediation, as well as drug testing related to canines. He has particular expertise working with sled dogs and greyhounds.
